It was in March 2020 when the realization hit that the wine was starting to take more than it was giving, leaving Christy exhausted, with brain fog and low-grade irritability. It was during this time and during the lockdowns that Christy began to reevaluate her relationship with alcohol. With years of sobriety behind her and two accredited life-coaching qualifications behind her, she now helps to empower others with her bespoke 1:1 coaching and intimate group coaching.
