Our Current Favorite Green Smoothie: 
Flavor Base: *1-2 TBS Raw Cacao *1-3 TBS Peanut Butter *1 Frozen Banana (or not frozen—it doesn’t matter much) 
Super add-ons: *A handful of leafy greens (We just freeze Kale or Spinach or whatever blend we are in the mood for and then take out a handful at a time) A splash of Brain Octane Oil 2 droppers of Phytoplankton 1 heaping teaspoon Barley Grass Juice Powder 1 scoop Collagen Protein A few Probiotic capsules Raw Honey if you need more sweetness (or sweetener of your choice—I used to always add honey but now my tastebuds are used to it without-T) A few cubes of ice *Milk of your choice to fill up the rest—maybe like 1.5 cups? (we use coconut and almond the most but try other ones for fun sometimes too) 
Other Flavor Bases options we love: 
-Any tropical frozen fruit with half orange juice and half milk for the liquid and vanilla 
-Frozen peaches and wild blueberries with any juice (apple, orange, grape juice, or coconut water work nicely) *We choose organic where availability and budget make it a good option
