We've all been using the traditional ADDIE model for Instructional design for so long that most of us probably follow the model without even thinking about it. But is there a better way?

Perhaps the trend in Design Thinking can offer a fresh look at the classic instructional design model.  It's a conversation that many are having. And most of know a little bit about what design thinking is. So let's talk about how we may, or may not, replace ADDIE with Design Thinking.
