Pentecostal pastors show zero discrimination when it comes to choosing which biblical texts to twist and distort. They have no issue heading straight into Amos 3, for the purposes of pulling out a sermon title like “Two Legs and A Piece Of An Ear”. And then mutilating its context to say that the faith of a struggling young person can be restored, even if all they have left is a piece of an ear. What in the world, you may ask? Yeah, well that happened at the Ocala Youth Conference 2025, when Nathaniel Urshan preached the Thursday night service. In this episode, Justin and Tiffany break down that service/sermon, in order to expose the harmful themes and manipulation tactics used by Nathaniel during his entire sermon.
