spent some time in a toxic relationship, and it left me with many emotional scars.  I had to go back and completely heal the emotional wounds that this relationship caused.  If you have ever been in a toxic relationship, then you know how painful it can be.  You feel trapped, depressed, hopeless, frustrated, and life becomes increasingly difficult.  I became so depressed that I didn't even want to get out of bed in the morning, but I knew I had to keep going.  It can be difficult to spot the signs of a toxic relationship until you are already deep within it.  On today's episode, I talk about my own experience with toxic relationships, I tell you how to spot the signs of a toxic relationship, and how to start the healing process.  Know that you are beautiful, worthy, loving, and kind.  You do not deserve to be disrespected or treated unfairly.  If you or anyone you know is in a toxic relationship, you need to get out and get help.  The Universe wants you to live a life that is happy and stress-free.  Toxic relationships are anything but that.  Don't stay stuck today.
