Alicia Ray, 20, was just beginning to embark on her future. She jumped at the opportunity of independence by moving back home to Sacramento, California. But instead of living with family as she had done all of her life, Alicia decided to move in with her high school friend. Although Alicia’s mom was supporting her financially, she was determined to make it on her own. Almost immediately, Alicia started to job hunt.
