Michelle Soto is a devoted mother and beloved teacher.  Her murder in the Summer of 1995 leaves the community in shock.  A local reporter, Renee Ferguson, is tapped to look into her case and soon discovers that there may be a common link in Michelle’s case and the cases of other people, like Marshall Jr.  Looking into this case starts to unravel something bigger than Renee could imagine.  In Part 1, law enforcement is confronted with Renee’s findings.  But will they ignore what’s right in front of them or do something about it?
