On January 7, 2016,  Tyarra Williams, 19,  had just completed her first day of college classes and was looking forward to picking up her textbooks and school supplies the following day. This was a big deal for Tyarra, who decided to pursue a career in early childhood development. But the next day came and went without a single word from Tyarra.
