Nicola Hume speaks to Red Bull Academy Programme Manager Sarah Harrington about how F1 Academy is changing the game for young female drivers.  

We’ll find out what the physical demands are of being an F1 driver, how much cake they can legitimately eat and how close we are to seeing a female F1 driver on the track. 

And we’ll find out a little more about Sarah’s route to the Academy - from joining Red Bull as a performance coach, to working with the pit stop team to deliver those incredibly fast stops.
