Tranos watched the 90-minute-long cut together from the body cameras on the cops who terrorized this little girl and shares her reaction. Rochester, New York is her hometown, and she describes the history that Black Rochesterians have lived with since the 60s and contextualizes the brutality that continues to characterize the police in her city.
