Barbara Smith has been Mental Health Practitioner for over 45 years. She has always been interested in the intersection between spirituality and the physical and emotional aspects of traditional psychotherapy. In 2013 an introduction to the Inside Out nature of the Three Principles helped articulate why she had always been drawn in that direction.
In this episode Barbara and I discuss why she was drawn to co-author a book focused on Addiction with Christian McNeill and on what she noticed when working with clients from the direction of the Three Principles.
