In this day and age we tend to think of working out in an isolated time frame where we go to the gym for 30min-1hr workout and thats it. But what if you could see your whole day as a workout and maximise every opportunity you have ? Sprinkling in mini workouts/movements vs that 1 big workout in an isolated time frame will actually produce better results as many studies will back up.
These small wins add up to big wins. When your 1% better every day your 30% better every month and 365% every year. In todays solo episode i wanted to give you guys a bunch of creative ways to stack variables throughout your lifestyle like brushing your teeth with your opposite hand in a squat or balancing on 1 leg. How creative can you get !?
