Welcome back to another episode of Do the Impossible.

On this episode of Do The Impossible, I had the pleasure to speak with Bryce Stewart, a 43-year-old fellow Gobundance member, a former 6th-grade school teacher who used real estate strategies and house hacking investing to work his wife and himself out of a job, has been a full-time real estate investor since 2015 and he's a best-selling author.

Today we discuss the importance of shifting our frames, aligning our thoughts and beliefs, and taking inspired action to achieve our goals as entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship is all about taking risks, pushing boundaries, and challenging the status quo. It can be challenging and overwhelming, especially when it comes to setting big goals and actually achieving them. 🧠 Join My Free Monday Mindset Reset Call: https://www.jasondreescoaching.com/mmr   ➡️ Book a Free Session at: http://freeintrosession.com/   Welcome back to another episode of Do the Impossible. Today’s guest is Siddarth Rathi, an expert in problem-solving, a successful entrepreneur, and investor. He excels in going to places where he can predict the outcome and visualize the future state of a project. However, he struggles with tackling problems where the outcome is uncertain and the solution is ambiguous. He finds it challenging to work on such projects and plan for his future if he cannot see what lies ahead. This is a relatable issue for many, and we can all overcome this fear. On today’s episode, we talked about the importance of focusing on the version of ourselves that has the answer rather than the unknown outcome. By holding alignment with this version of ourselves, we can create a clear mindset that sends a message to reality and attracts the aligned outcome we desire. Changing our beliefs around a result can help avoid negative emotions and process our reaction to a possibility. It's all about finding the gift in the worst-case scenario and using that to neutralize any fear holding us back. And on this episode, you’ll learn how to do exactly that. Key Takeaways: (00:00:00) Intro (00:04:58) Your mindset creates your action, thoughts matter. (00:08:16) Chasing strategy may not work; mindset crucial. (00:13:06) Parallel realities hold infinite versions of you. (00:15:20) Remember past for growth and change. (00:20:48) Unknown territory gives breadcrumbs, not maps. (00:22:06) Beliefs shape reality, future through perception. (00:26:29) Coaching to overcome fear of failure. (00:28:01) React, process, find gift, change beliefs. What if I told you that imposter syndrome is actually a good thing? That it’s actually an indicator that you’ve created more success than you think you ought to. Now the trick is, getting yourself into the mindset where you are aligned with- and actually able to bring in more. So how do you shift it? This topic and more, Justin and I unpack today on his coaching session.

Have you been living in your financial comfort zone?

Actually, it's not a question of if you have- because the reality is, everyone lives there. Everyone with results across the board from the wealthiest billionaire to the poorest individual is living within their financial comfort zone. Our lives are the result of our mindset. Many people live their lives never exceeding what their parents made, or not going very far beyond it. This is because that is all they believe they are capable of creating.

Our mindsets create the results, not the other way around.

On today's episode, I'm joined by another Jason. Jason Wallis is a creative entrepreneur from Birmingham, a former photographer, he's currently working on building wealth in real estate and he's created some good results. Today I coach him on how to hit impossible targets consistently by shifting his mindset and elevating his financial frequency.

    [00:00:27] Intro
[00:04:21] Guest specialized in one thing, e.g. photography.
[00:07:27] Questions about earnings determine financial mindset & comfort zone.
[00:13:23] Coaching helps you align, and takes time to master. Coach helps with constant alignment via emotions.
[00:13:49] Realignment game to reach the target.
[00:18:47] Remove resistance, think differently, location varies.
[00:21:27] Push beyond limits, not just action.

Mindset is always the key to your success, but having a better understanding of people also helps.

Today’s guest is Joseph Wechsler, a businessman who is currently negotiating a merger with another technology company for his business. Although the merger could be great for his team, the company, and the health system, which he believes has been big and bureaucratic and not giving enough space for the process to take its course. Joseph has had numerous challenges with the health system as a partner since the beginning of their relationship. Despite these obstacles, he is determined to push through and make the merger a success.

In this episode of the "Do The Impossible" podcast, we discuss the importance of staying focused on a mission and not letting emotions get in the way, especially when dealing with people who are blunt or try to bully you.

    Key Takeaways:

    [00:00:00] Intro

[00:00:00] Practice handling tough feedback and situations.

[00:05:00] Coaching takes time, partner has business issue.

[00:09:22] Uncertainty around company direction and decisions.

[00:13:25] Her MO is bullying and intimidation.

[00:15:22] Donald Trump has high D in DISC profile, meaning strong dominance. Bluntness isn't unique to him, it's a common high D trait. To communicate with high Ds, be direct and avoid weakness. Control is important to them, and they can be influenced by offering more control. Practice with someone else to prepare.

[00:19:50] Influence opportunity, turn into win-win.

[00:21:53] Create backup plan to loosen up opportunity.

Today I've got a great session, coaching session lined up with James Richardson, a father, and husband who spent some time in the Big 4 doing corporate turnarounds. And now he's a full-time investor in small business, building out his portfolio, and he's a fellow member of GoBundance.

On this episode of the Do The Impossible Podcast, James and I talk about how to have it all. How do you build the dream business while also maintaining and thriving in the other areas that matter like your significant other, your children, and your physical health? This is a huge struggle for many of my clients and, quite frankly, a lot of people who are perceived as “top performers”.

There’s certainly a narrative that purveys our culture that says that in order to have the dream, you have to sacrifice family or health- and on today’s episode, we break down how that isn’t necessarily true and it is in fact possible to have it all.

    Key Takeaways:

    [00:00:00] Intro

[00:01:07] Struggle to balance it all while striving for a hundred million-dollar holding company

[00:04:42] Knowing when to pull back or charge forward.

[00:10:50] Working for yourself can be exhilarating but also terrifying without a roadmap. Taking quiet time for oneself is important for success both personally and professionally.

[00:12:59] Focusing on fitness in late 30s/early 40s with kids.

[00:16:42] Feeling misunderstood by family due to operating at a different level and have different priorities.

[00:19:42] Working for passion, not just money. Learning to outsource tasks that don't align with goals.

Sometimes we deeply desire more freedom. But at the same time we also fear it, because we’re not sure what to do with it once we have it. In the same way, we often self-sabotage and stand in our own way because the consequences of success are also scary.

In this episode of the “Do the Impossible” podcast, trial lawyer Brian Glass discusses the growth and expansion of his practice, including his struggle with delegating tasks and overcoming founder's guilt. He seeks coaching on how to delegate without interfering or criticizing, and compares his profession to coaching, enjoying the challenge of these roles. Today, I coach him on how to get out of his own way, optimize his business, and how to trust the process of where his business is going.

    Key Takeaways:

    [00:00:00] Intro

[[00:01:11] Transitioning to higher level role, struggling with hiring others to do lower level work and creating a positive work environment.

[00:04:44] Delegating unwanted tasks and letting go of control, acknowledging others' strengths and abilities to handle the work.

    [00:09:44] Comparison to peers

[00:11:10] Challenging trial experience compared to coaching, enjoys figuring out people, asks if one would prefer work to involve trials and negotiations.

[00:16:47] Navigating resistance to working less and finding purpose.

[00:17:34] Personal growth used to be easier to ignore, but now it's unavoidable.

[00:20:24] Employees are satisfied with the work environment and don't care about competing law firms.
