An ongoing saga of what I'm doing, trying to do, or considering doing to improve the quality of my life, especially the aspect of thinking about what I want to do, then actually DOING it. Get closer to breaking through the resistance consistently all the time. 

My first Podcast in a long and illustrious series of podcasts; I cover where I'm at, the accident, my struggle to overcome adversity and resistance, and how I'm growing. As I listened and it sounded OK, I believe I'll continue with this- just an AIFF file from iMovie using the Mac mike. Keeping it as low-tech, inexpensive, and Earth friendly a possible.
