This is one of the MAJOR keys to understanding and Shifting to Secure Attachment,

so the lack of understanding around it greatly (and negatively) affects someone's intended path forward.

Because of this, I take a significant amount of time in the beginning setting up the frame for you and I will repeat myself again and again in this episode. I need you to get this so I am checking for understanding. Please be patient! (with me and yourselves - thank youuu)
