Trina Limpert is an empowering force in this world.  Trina is the Founder of RizeNext which was created with the vision of rising up the next level of diverse Technologists, Executives & Directors.  With a focus on creating a new type of leader, one who is purpose-driven and developing pipelines of technology & business leadership talent for corporations around the globe. 

Trina began her career over 20 years ago recognizing she had an affinity for tech and received a Computer Science degree, a Bachelor’s in Business and Information Systems, and an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. She is a driven leader and was most recently the Global President of Women at eBay, overseeing 22 active sites in 17 countries, 45 site leads, and 1,700 members globally. Her ability to drive impact has been recognized nationally as a winner of the Women in IT awards in 2020 for "Diversity Initiative of the Year", was the Women Tech Council's Impact Award recipient in 2015, and a finalist as Women of the Year in 2017, and Utah Business Magazine's "30 Women to Watch".   

Her mantra is “get up and show up” and knows that change won’t happen without being present. She is continually looking for where she can “show up” whether it is teaching website workshops to young girls at Expanding Your Horizons, mentoring single moms with People Helping People, coaching women on interviewing, or encouraging students with her own stories of overcoming adversity. She a rockstar mom of a blended family of eight children and her biggest mentor and supporter is her brilliant husband Andrew.  Tune in and be inspired by the way she lives her life!
