Il processo contro Puff Daddy non è ancora iniziato ma già si ha il sentore di essere di fronte al caso del secolo. Ora anche 50 Cent ha annunciato che produrrà per Netflix un documentario sulla vicenda giudiziaria deflagrata in seguito a quanto successo durante gli ormai celebri "white party", le feste sfrenate e senza regole organizzate da Puff Daddy nelle sue ville di Miami e Los Angeles. Ma 50 Cent non si è fermato qui perché ha detto pubblicamente che dietro alla mai chiarita morte di Tupac Shakur ci sarebbe proprio Diddy, colpevole all'epoca di aver addirittura messo una taglia di 1 milione di dollari sulla testa di Tupac. Situazione sempre più tesa con notizie e scandalo che ormai saltano fuori a ritmo frenetico e che stanno facendo tremare tutta Hollywood, non solo il mondo dell'hip hop a stelle e strisce (da Beyoncé a Justin Bieber, da Leonardo Di Caprio a Michael Jordan). In questo nuovo episodio di True Crime Diaries Jacopo Pezzan e Giacomo Brunoro tornano ad affrontare questo caso ancora in divenire che affonda le sue radici non solo nella mentalità del ghetto tipica di un certo tipo di hip hop, ma anche in dissing antichi ma mai dimenticati come quello tra Tupac Shakur e Notorious BIG.
Venerdì 27 settembre il corpo di Francesco Vinci è stato riesumato nel cimitero di Montelupo Fiorentino. Si cerca di capire se il cadavere trovato carbonizzato in un'auto nel 1993 è effettivamente quello di Francesco Vinci, indagato nei primi anni '80 come possibile Mostro di Firenze. Erano gli anni della cosiddetta pista sarda che a lungo interessò tutto il clan dei Vinci, sardi residenti in Toscani e originari di Villacidro. Ma se venisse provato che quello sepolto a Montelupo Fiorentino non fosse quello di Vinci cambierebbe qualcosa per la storia del Mostro di Firenze? Va ricordato infatti che quando morì Vinci era già stato escluso dalle indagini dato che la pista sarda era stata archiviata dalla procura. Di sicuro il risultato di questa analisi genetica farà discutere a lungo il mondo dei mostrologi... Quello di Puff Daddy sarà il più grande scandalo della storia della musica? Molto probabilmente sì tanto che c'è tutta Hollywood che se la fa sotto in attesa che inizi il processo. Le accuse da cui si deve difendere Sean Combs (vero nome di Puff Daddy) sono pesantissime, tanto che i giudici hanno negato all'artista e produttore statunitense la possibilità di uscire su cauzione, nonostante Diddy avesse offerto 50 milioni. Il rapper, arrestato lo scorso 16 settembre, è accusato di abusi e violenze su molteplici vittime e di tutta una serie di reati gravissimi. Da quando Puff Daddy è stato arrestato poi si sono moltiplicate le denunce a suo carico e il coinvolgimento di molti personaggi noti. Secondo gli atti di accusa, il rapper, che si continua a dichiarare non colpevole, avrebbe organizzato orge con personaggi famosissimi (e insospettabili!) all’interno delle quali alcune donne erano costrette ad assumere sostanze stupefacenti e avere rapporti sessuali mentre venivano filmate a loro insaputa. Questi i nomi di alcuni dei vip coinvolti: Paris Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, Leonardo Di Caprio, Justin Bieber, Khloe Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez... insomma, prepariamo i popcorn per quello che si preannuncia come il più grande tsunami che abbia mai investito il mondo dello show business americano.
Mostro di Firenze, Scopeti resta il delitto chiave: si riaprirà il processo? Torniamo ad affrontare il caso del Mostro di Firenze dato che da più parti si è parlato di una perizia che retro-daterebbe il delitto di Scopeti, ovvero quello del 1985. Come tutti gli appassionati sanno la data effettiva di quel delitto è molto discussa perché tutto il processo ai compagni di merende si regge sul fatto che Nadine Mauriot e Jean Michel Kraveichvili siano stati uccisi la notte tra l'8 e il 9 settembre 1985. Ma queste nuove perizie sulle larve, perizie peraltro non sono una novità perché già in passato ne sono state effettuate almeno due di questo tipo, possono davvero far riaprire il processo?

Tra Felice Maniero e gli ex della Mala del Brenta è in corso un vero e proprio dissing. Per non parlare dell'intervista, chiamiamola così, a Maniero pubblicata per i suoi 70 anni, ennesima operazione di marketing dell'ex boss che continua a fare il bello e il brutto cattivo tempo con i media. Esce sempre la figura del giovane testa calda che ha commesso qualche errore, come se si trattasse di un mito positivo, quando invece stiamo parlando di un criminale spietato in grado di creare il più importante impero criminale a Nordest tra gli anni '80 e gli anni '90. Insomma, la storia della Mala del Brenta continua ad essere una storia irrisolta...

La puntata affronta però la gestione mediatica del caso, ovvero come i media hanno fin da subito lanciato pesanti insinuazioni, se non vere e proprie accuse, quando ancora erano emersi pochissimi dettagli sul caso. Una situazione a cui, purtroppo, siamo sempre più abituati e che rischia di trasformare in un incubo le vite di chi già si deve confrontare con un lutto tremendo.

Mostro di Firenze, Lotti serial killer unico? È questa la teoria di Antonio Segnini, mostrologo di vecchia data e autore del libro "Quando sei con me il Mostro non c'è". Da qualche giorno la teoria Lotti è tornata alla ribalta perché si sta parlando di analizzare un'impronta digitale repertata all'interno della Panda di Claudio Stefanacci a Vicchio, impronta che se appartenente a Lotti cambierebbe in maniera totale la verità giudiziaria sul caso del Mostro di Firenze. Il caso di Alex Marangon ci ha scioccato: com’è possibile che si verifichino episodi di questo tipo nel 2024? Un non meglio precisato rito sciamanico, la presenza di curanderos sudamericani, l’uso di sostanze ed erbe dai pericolosissimi effetti psicotropi. Una sorta di Angel Heart (ricordate il capolavoro di Alan Parker con Miky Rourke e Robert DeNiro?) a Vidor, piccolo centro in provincia di Treviso che non arriva nemmeno a 4mila abitanti. E poi l’omertà di tutte le persone che hanno partecipato a questo rito pagano su un territorio consacrato, visto che la riunione di “musica e medicina” si è tenuta nell’ex abbazia di Santa Bona. Ci sono tutti gli elementi di un film giallo, c’è chi ha perfino parlato di vudù (parola in cui non crede nessuno ma che fa sempre tremare tutti…) ma, purtroppo, questa è una storia vera, una storia che è costata la vita a un ragazzo di 25 anni. E non si può parlare di tragica fatalità perché Marangon è stato trovato il 2 luglio su un isolotto del Piave, con la testa fracassata, le costole rotte e il corpo massacrato di colpi e ferite. Insomma, è stato pestato a morte.
