In this episode, I break down Days 4–10 (Closings is on Day 10)  of the Brian Walshe murder trial, covering testimony from December 5 through December 12. This recap focuses on witness testimony, forensic evidence, text messages, surveillance footage, probation records, and closing arguments presented in court.

The trial centers on the disappearance and alleged murder of Ana Walshe, who was reported missing in January 2023. Prosecutors argue that her husband, Brian Walshe, killed her and disposed of her body, while the defense maintains there is no proof of premeditated murder and suggests Ana died of natural causes.

In this week’s True Crime This Week, we go through several major case updates and breaking developments from across the U.S.
We start with former Colleton County Clerk of Court Becky Hill, who pleaded guilty to multiple charges related to her conduct during the Alec Murdaugh trial, including obstruction of justice, perjury, and misconduct in office — and how her sentencing may impact Murdaugh’s ongoing appeal.
We then discuss the long-running case of Catherine Hoggle out of Montgomery County, Maryland, including her recent competency hearings, new murder indictments related to the disappearance of her children Sarah and Jacob, and the judge’s ruling that she is now competent to stand trial more than a decade after they vanished.
Finally, we cover a breaking triple homicide in Odessa, Texas, where Jessica Rodriguez and two of her children were killed, and a 15-year-old suspect has been arrested. Due to the ages involved, limited information has been released as the investigation continues.

22-year-old Rebecca Kay Park was nine months pregnant when she disappeared after getting into a dark car late at night. Three weeks later, she was found in the Manistee National Forest with no sign of her baby.
In today’s video, I walk through the confirmed timeline of Rebecca’s disappearance, the discovery of her remains, and the arrests connected to the case so far. This case has moved quickly, and new information continues to come out — including charges against multiple family members.

It's been 15 years since the Skelton brothers Andrew, Alexander, and Tanner went missing on Thanksgiving weekend in 2010.

 I walk through the timeline, what investigators discovered, the boy's father multiple stories, and where the case stands today.

This case has remained one of Michigan’s most heartbreaking mysteries, and even after all these years, the boys have never been found.
