In new investigative reporting and based on leaked flight records, the Guardian reports that the Trump Administration has made 40,000 migrants-- including babies -- effectively "disappear" within the US by creating an elaborate shell game of moving them around 10-12 times and shuttling them between multiple immigration detention centers, cutting them off from their lawyers, family and federal judges and due process.
