Not only to keep customers happy, but to prevent credit card disputes (chargebacks).

In this episode, Karisse shares some of the unexpected challenges & change of plans from a recent family vacation, and how the vacation could have been so much worse if it weren't for the Trust & Safety policies of the 2-sided marketplaces she booked portions of their trip on.
