I've been working on my own golf so said id hit record as i was chatting to my coach Seamus McMonagle and give you a deep dive into the process.

This is a few months into the project of me trying to improve my game, as life got busy my golf went down hill the enjoyment left with it.

As someone who loves the game the thought of not wanting to tee it up was a grim one.
