A Fresno County judge refused to dismiss Fresno City Council candidate and Fresno Unified trustee Keshia Thomas from a defamation lawsuit brought by former Bullard High coach Don Arax. The court found there are unresolved factual disputes that must be decided at trial, keeping the case alive as Thomas continues her City Council campaign.
