Hualien has been hit by some big earthquakes and typhoons since last April. They made trees fall down! They also made trees break into smaller pieces of wood. The wind pushed the wood into the ocean. There, it became driftwood!

去年四月到現在，花蓮很多的樹，都因為大地震跟颱風倒下，被雨水或是風帶到海裡，成了漂流木!
