We talk with Anne  about her journey with a child who has a celiac diagnosis and how she and her family have adapted their  lifestyle and kitchen to be Gluten Free. After her daughter's diagnosis at age 1 1/2 she  left the Doctor's office with little resources or information. It's been trial and error finding GF food,  products and restaurants. Her journey "figuring it out"  led her to starting her own business to help others - Beautifully Gluten Free.
