In this week's DC Beer Show, the Brew Daddies travel to Sterling, Virginia and visit Twinpanzee, a nano-brewery opened in 2017. Twinpanzee runs a two barrel, 65-gallon brew system to produce diverse styles and a complex beer menu. They pride themselves in brewing natural beer without artificial flavors or purees...nothing fake! A great example of this is their delicious Kolsch, made with locally-sourced yeast. Though small, Twinpanzee's taproom has a beautifully designed bar and an open-air feel that is inviting and welcoming.
