The original Mad Max trilogy was released in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Mad Max: Fury Road didn’t turn up until 2015. But various aspects of the film pre-production, script and models and props date back to 1997. A film with a fascinating development history. The editing is fast with more cuts per minute than usual in a film, plus interesting changes to the frame rate to boost the excitement levels.
