We are the collection of our thoughts. Our thoughts determine our actions, the question becomes how do we control our thoughts? This week Dom talks about having a mental checklist to remind yourself how to think. The compounding effects of our thoughts to keep them focused on what you need.

You are ether getting better or getting worse. Everything you do falls in a spectrum, you can go up or down but that all depends on how you go about it.  You are like an artist and you can decide how your masterpiece will look. You have to make sure you have found ways to get better at what you are doing. 

We often are jealous of what other people appear to have. We get FOMO (fear of missing out) and wanna be like things we see online. What we often forget is perspective, your life is just as amazing to someone else. All the little moments that we see have a before and after. Context is the most important thing, you never know whats really going on.

We all have that moment that inspires us to make a big change. This week Dom talks about a new client trying to get her revenge body and how knowing why you want to do something is as important as what you actually do.
