In this SPECIAL, EXCLUSIVE 3 HOUR EPISODE, the Freaks turn their focus on one of their favorite Marvel Star Wars comics, "Plif"! Issue #55 introduces us to the Hoojibs and the awesome creative direction that the comics took. This month the Freaks tackle one of the most baffling episodes of the original series - The Alternative Factor! Therin we meet Lazarus, the time-traveler with the fiber-optic goatee who holds the fates of two universes in his hands! Then it's on to DC Comic's Star Trek where the crew return to our universe to discover that they may need the help of a nosy Andorian reporter to keep Kirk and company out of the clink! Finally, in Star Trek : The Next Generation, we see the first Holodeck Gone Haywire episode - The Big Goodbye. Keep your eyeballs peeled for some classic character actors in this one!

In an ALL-NEW episode, the Freaks open up with Chris gloating over his UK Marvel Star Wars Weekly comics he won for a song on the E-Bay. Scott has also been reading some Star Wars trades and omnibi! Then, it's back to the good ol' USA for Marvel Star Wars # 53 and 54 - not exactly a high point in this run. Scott and Chris smell a rat... a big, fat MARTIAN rat! Shenanigans are called. Things get better, though! Todd Grady, our embedded Clone Wars correspondent weighs in with a great episode featuring a rogue clone! It's all here in your monthly Star Wars Freak fix!

Well, Chris checked out the most eagerly awaited 80's throwback action movie of the Summer starring rapidly aging B-actors. Was it a complete waste of time? A guilty pleasure? In a SUPER-SPECIAL edition of Comics Monthly Monday, Chris is joined by LEGENDARY COMIC BOOK GENIUS Michael Bailey for a discussion of Rick Veitch's underground classic satirical mini series THE BRAT PACK! This dark and hilarious satire of superhero archetypes and their sidekicks was overshadowed by it's contemporaries, The Dark Knight and The Watchmen - but is in many ways superior to them. At least, so say these two. Then, follow it up with some prime TANGENTAL CONVERSATION as only it happens in True Freak-land!
