This month, the Freaks are joined by The Irredeemable Shag for their coverage of Marvel Star Wars #60-63. This episode was sooo long it had to be broken into TWO HUGE HALVES! Why so long, you ask? Well, it seems Shag and Scott (two grown men, mind you) love Shira Brie like an emo teen girl loves Justin Bieber.

Listen to them babble on endlessly about their girlfriend Shira Brie. What is her favorite color? Do you think she would like Scott's new haircut? Shag has never washed his eyes since the first time he saw her in the comics! Honestly, these are "adult", married men- I don't know about Shag, but Scott even has kids. How healthy is it for them to have hot pants for a comic book character?

In this somewhat unusual podcast, The Freaks go over Tron: Legacy while in the car on the drive home from having just seen it on opening night!! Then they polish the review off a couple days later - again, in the car!

The Freaks have been eagerly anticipating this movie for well over two years and now YOU get to find out if they thought it was worth it!

OH, SNAP! The Freaks address the good, the bad, and the ugly all while shoveling down yummy, spicy Asian delicacies! Maybe NOW people will understand why the Freaks actually LIKE this movie! Or... maybe NOW people will understand exactly how far around the bend into the heart of darkness Scott and Chris have ventured! Just remember - while you opened presents with your family, gazed out at the snow, and ate your figgy pudding -- THIS is what the Freaks were doing! HO HO HO!

In the first of a trifecta of movie commentaries, the Freaks take on JJ Abram's Star Trek from 2009. Hear from moment to moment what the Freaks love and hate about this "re-imagining" or whatever the hell you call it, of the original Trek crew. Don't expect them to take a dump on it Dark Knight style, but this is no love-in, either - the Freaks do have some serious issues with this one. So sit back, pop in your DVD of Trek '09 and listen to the Freaks eat, gripe, burp and sometimes even praise their way through this blockbuster hit - all in front of a live audience of Scott's kids!

In a landmark Comics Monthly Monday, the Freaks welcome Michael Bailey as a new regular host of the show! This month they discuss the new direction the show will take, muse about the future, solicit ideas, talk about e-bay, Shazam, a travelogue from Michael and so much more! This podcast was recorded during Chris' vacation in Orlando, so expect that "on-the-fly" feel!

In a special Christmas present to their listeners Scott and Chris extend the warmest of holiday spirit in this...oh, come on, who am I fooling? Basically, this podcast is the audio equivilant of the Freaks beating Christopher Nolan to within an inch of his life in a back alley. Then they tell Morgan Freeman that there is no Santa Clause while stabbing Michael Caine with a sharpened candy cane. And Bale.... oh, Bale, the Freaks have stuff planned for YOU that decency dictates can't be put up in this public forum, just know that it concerns a Christmas tree and a certain Dark Orifice. Ho Ho Ho! WARNING- This episode is not for the kiddies or people who take their crappy Dark Knight movies seriously. This audio commentary is 2 1/2 hours of savage mocking and ruthless griping by two podcasters with Tourette's Syndrome.

In an unorthodox episode, instead of their usual insightful analysis, the Freaks do an AUDIO COMMENTARY for TWO, count 'em, TWO episodes of Trek! First off, Kirk gets creepy with a 300 year-old underage girl in "Miri" - Then, it's more holodeck hijinks in the Next Generation in "11001001" where Number One tries to "make it so" with a lovely hologram! Hear what the Freaks have to say as you watch along! Of course, the show wouldn't be complete without a DC Star Trek comic and this month we have issue 19, written by Walter Koenig himself!
