‘Never Rarely Sometimes Always’ - Also known as ‘Niemals Selten Manchmal Immer’ in Germany, tells the story of a young woman and her best friend setting off on a journey from Pennsylvania to New York in order to get an abortion! Ohhhh shit! A story of women’s struggles and the shit they have to go through that men definitely take for granted sometimes. A film festival darling of a film it has earned itself a limited US release starting today and a German release in June. Has potential for a release here sometime this year.
‘Blue Story’ - From the visionary mind of ‘Rapman’ (whoever the hell that is) comes Blue Story, our 2c3pod weekly ‘thug’ film. But this time, it’s set in the Muffaland, ENGLAND! The story follows two best friends who call themselves brothers but then you know, one joins one gang, the other joins a rival gang and boom, here come the fireworks! Actually looks pretty decent?
