New year, new us! That’s right, instead of waiting until 2024’s reflection episode to call ourselves out on not doing an episode on burnout vs depression, we’re starting off the year discussing what we’ve put off for two. Did we have to first experience some pretty intense physical manifestations of our minds misgivings? Sure, but if there’s one thing being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world has taught us, it’s that it doesn’t matter how we got here as long as we get here.

Speaking of how we got here….we’re aware of the adorable character trait that we possess which consists of going absolutely off the rails silly before diving into something that makes us uncomfortable. We want to warn and apologize to you in advance that the running call back/comedic break we clung to is the reclamation of the word c*nt. Yep. We say it, like a lot.
