If I could go back in time, this is what I wish I told my 16 year old self. 

Comparison doesn't have to be used as a mirror to reflect what we SHOULD look like, or what we WANT to look like. 

On this episode, we spill the tea on how us girls can stop tearing each other done, stop competing against each other and stop setting up this unrealistic expectation to BE BETTER than her.

STICK TO YOUR GOALS HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE - no handcuffs required ;)

1. Visualise it - get specific with your goal: 'How do you want to feel after you accomplish it?'

2. Shape your environment - create supporting blocks to hold you up...when you just can't be bothered to do it: 'Create a Spotify playlist, follow and unfollow the right people on social media, make a quote or photo board, find YOUR PERSON who will hold you accountable.' 

3. Add small baby steps, don't take away. We want to build momentum. 

And they ASSUME you know what you're supposed to do before graduation? 

That you have your whole life figured out before you're 25? 

Okay - so Judy Blume didn't prepare you for this shit.

Neither did Dr. Seuss. Talk about all the places you DON'T FREAKING KNOW WHERE TO GO. 

I feel ya, sis. But it's never too late to get ahead of the game, to take that MESSY, inspiring action and figure out what DOES and what DOESN'T work for you.

How do you take that leap of faith? 

How do you prepare for that job interview with no job experience?

How do you handle this life thing?

Is it too late?
