Pavlo Klimkin was Ukraine’s foreign minister for 5 years (2014-2019), including during the first five years of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Now he is an independent intellectual, serving as a board member of the International Renaissance Foundation and of the Come Back Alive (Povernys’ Zhyvym) Foundation.
