Transcript:A medic event in her life and having her bars one literally gave her her life back and returned the piece she hadn't had since childhood so tell us a little bit about your experience and how talking about bars it's access consciousness fires if you want to know more about the modality how it works and some science on it you can go to www.hsn.com which is a great place to go to get more information you can contact me on Facebook Missy welcome Emily SSI Peckham PE ckh a.m. and now I first found out about bars is I just stumbled upon two ladies who were running each other's bars in hot springs a little ice cream so it was kind of like the universe put it in front of me and what's happening in my life before that was I just got out of the relationship that was it was a domestic violence assault it was something I survived and I was I was very I was left very sad after that experience I was I'm gonna go to sleep I would drink about 45 whiskey coats a night just feel the bars yeah like what I told Adam was and go to the bar and have have your drinks to forget your troubles or get your bars run and troubles will just go away so it's a more permanent solution it was for me so I ran across these ladies like Crystal hot springs which is a nice place to go and they were doing this for each other in the water and Heidi - it is you just lay down and then if I wish your bars practitioner and I was having a session with you I put my hands on your head and the I touched one side of your head and the other side of your head which creates polarity of energy that runs back and forth so that's where the bar comes from it's a fire of energy and then there's 32 points on the head that correspond with different things like money and body and joy sound and healing so we have a voice of views about money we have points of views about our body we have a points of views about healing we have a points of views about our family our relationships so one of the things that on your bars run does is it helps to release all of those stock points of views that we have and that we might collect over our lifetime or other yeah dreams was all Masons and I was living in a nightmare so you know like drinking heavily to go to sleep and then waking up in the middle of the night with what they call post-traumatic stress disorder with flashbacks of what had happened and then I would actually see this person on a regular basis because he worked at a place where I had to go to work so every time I see him it would bring up the trauma over and over and the fear so there was a lot of Rage anger and fear and I would go to went to a group at the Volunteers of America and I would talk about what happened and I would leave group therapy feeling worse I'd go to individual therapy feeling worse I did Reiki here in books and after if I wants nothing had changed so when I met these ladies and they told me they'd take away my stress and my anxiety you know I didn't really believe it and I was desperate and I went and had a bar session an

The perception of what is hard will often stop you before you have even experiences it yet, and then when you do it you realize it's not that hard at all, you can do it.

So, don't let perception stop you!! Try it, you have what it takes.

the perception of how hard it was going

to be slowed me down. It's cold,

carrying weight, maybe I shouldn't carry

the weight, it's muddy, who else is

doing this crazy crap?

But, here I am! A lot of times the perception ofhow hard something is will stop you

even when the opposite circumstances of

not coming out here, not doing something

because you perceive it's hard, it's hard

anyway it's just a slow death not being

in shape being tired all the time

not having the energy to actually go do

the things you want to do like dancing

or skydiving play with your children or

even having sex people complain all the

time they're too tired to have sex now

what kind of life is that?

Remember the perception of how hard it

is, can stop you, but remember it's

just your perception it's not real that hard"

Everyone is telling you what to do and how to do it.

to myself and I shared this before is

that everyone's telling you what to do

and how to do it wake up at 5:00 wake up

at 3:00 you know get going on your day

do this do that they give you all these

things that's working for them I do

believe you have to work hard and you

have to refocus your mind to positive if

it's in the negative at every moment you

can and go after your goals and dreams

we have to figure out what works for you

if it's a mid-afternoon workout that's

what works for you don't tell yourself

no I can't do it I'm supposed to do it

at 5:00 and then skip it and then you're

not empowered to actually achieve what

you desire do how it works for you and

screw everybody else listen to what they

have to say but adjusted to what works

for you but don't adjust it to laziness

and justice to your adjustment to your

power see you later

"Hi everyone I'm taking a break from my run let's sit here on the bench here take a

little break I want to talk about how everything when all you have all my new

shoes well some of them in new shoes first these new shoes look at that tread

all right hmm I got him this weekend

new shoes is that when all you have is a hammer everything is a nail we may or

may not heard that quote before but I have these old trail running shoes I've

been using for I don't know maybe three years now and I don't really like to buy

stuff like that for myself I'm Micah they work maybe it's the Egyptian in me maybe it's the frugal person mean who knows right but that's all I had and I chose to have those I don't need new shoes they work now the tread was worn down quite a bit these are walking they're grabbing the dirt I am stuck in there I'm not sliding it's on a muddy day either but I can definitely tell the difference so in all of us as humans we have this inherent laziness if you ask most people polls show that they want to go to beach and sit and relax now mind you remember

there are times every day you're just relaxing sitting on the couch laying in

bed being lazy but your druid dreams people's dreams are to go to the beach

and be lazy and I get it is enjoyable for a while that's what they want to do

when they retire so being active and moving and doing things right me I want

to go have sex on a beach be act and relax also and enjoy myself but you will experience the inherent laziness that will come to you and you'll say oh I need this to do this use what you have and work your way up if all you have are some worn shoes use them whatever reason right yeah you can afford please excuse the adoption do you have a little voice message right so sorry about that guys

so please please way off all you have is a hammer go ahead and do it but because of that inherent laziness that we have as humans don't let that stop you if you need to go by the fancy camera or the fancy shoes or wear a better shirt wearing

these this workout certainly used to work out if you need to look better to

do videos if you need if you really think you need a better car instead of a

Nissan Altima you need an Audi or BMW and it's actually going to move you to

do something not hinder you do that so you don't have excuses to get on with

your life and live your dreams and if you're aspiring to retire on a beach

don't do that take a break on the beach and really live your life stay active

and take kick-butt action that was for you Salenta see ya!

Hey Adam Tageldin here just finished my run hike with a 50 pound pack 2.4, 2.5

miles hano was uh I could actually do more but today the other day I really

kick my butt and my whole point is that kick your own butt first I know it sounds funny but don't wait for someone or life or some event to kick your butt

and you're tired and exhausting worn-out and destroyed for a week or a few days

kick your own butt constantly so you're ready for life so when life does kick

your butt you can take it. See ya

run and sometimes I just hike so we remind you today to go out and look at

the beauty of the world it's a beautiful day if you live in Salt Lake City and
