I occasionally break the format and post a Chatter That Matters podcast on a Monday about something important to all of us. The goal is to challenge the status quo with innovative ideas to improve our lives and livelihoods. In today's episode, I want to discuss the growing unaffordability crisis and the problems that manifest when individuals and many others do not have enough. They cannot afford necessities—food, shelter, and transportation. If this continues, it will undermine much of what we know and value in society. Our elected officials must prioritize affordability, but there are vastly opposing views on how to do so. In this four-minute podcast, I'll share my thoughts on the issue, ask you four essential questions to consider, and then offer my recommendation. If you agree, could you share so that our whispers can become a roar?
