Tyarra is an enthusiastic, caring, and open-minded coach who holds a strong passion for health, fitness, and nutrition science. As a competitive physique athlete herself, she strives to lead by example for her clients by finding a healthy balance between her bodybuilding endeavors, dietary patterns, career, relationships, and love for being outdoors and travelling.
Tyarra holds a Masters degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise from the University of Queensland, as well as her Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Level 1 ISAK anthropometry accreditation.
Tyarra enjoys working with a variety of clients and is passionate about helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. This includes helping clients perform to their maximum potential, both mentally and physically, manipulate their physique through evidence-based nutrition and training protocols, and most importantly develop a healthy relationship with food and their body.
