Eric is a researcher who focuses on how exercise and nutrition affect metabolism, performance, and body composition. He also comes from a background in natural bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength coaching, and currently holds certifications in sports nutrition and strength and conditioning.
In this episode we discuss the adaptations that occur when in a caloric deficit, we breakdown some truths behind claims of having a slowly metabolism, we chat about refeeds and reverse dieting, metabolic damage and how to mitigate the effects of metabolic down regulation.
