Allessandia is a survivor of physical, sexual, and emotional childhood abuse, as a mother to three girls, she says becoming a parent was the catalyst for the deep desire to protect our children, and empower parents to break the cycles.

A holistic counsellor and somatic therapist, Alless teaches women how to live life UNTAMED, to build trust in their bodies, and come home to their most authentic, most fully expressed versions of themselves.

She believes that through reparenting ourselves we can change our worlds, and the future for our children… breaking the cycle once and for all.
