Since 2017, Ahpra has been systematically gathering feedback from health practitioners (and notifiers) about their experience of being involved in an investigative or disciplinary process.
Hear Susan Biggar talk to Stuart Hammond about the key findings and recommendations behind practitioner distress during a regulatory process and the actions Ahpra is now taking so that they can take action to decrease the risks, while maintaining a clear focus on patient safety.
