This episode discusses a topic within a new Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) report titled, “Women’s Safety & Security: Utahns’ Awareness, Understanding, and Attitudes.” This report has four main areas of focus, and today we’ll be discussing the area of sexual assault.

Dr. Susan Madsen, Founding Director of the UWLP, is joined by two of the leaders for A Bolder Way Forward’s Sexual Assault Spoke. Julie Valentine is a Professor in the College of Nursing at the University of Utah, and Liliana Olvera-Arbon is the Executive Director of the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
