January is Human Traficking awareness month and according to some reports Oregon is part of this often silent epidemic targeting the most vulnerable in our state. This week we update listeners on two missing people, spotting potential victims and the importance of information sharing  in order to keep our communities safe.

This week we focus on the cold case of fifteen-year-old Leah Freeman from Coquelle, Oregon who was last seen walking, disappeared and was later found murdered. Her boyfriend Nick was exonerated of her murder but her case has never been solved despite the DNA evidence. Kim and Christine also discuss some creepy listener's suggestions, emails and comments.

What is the most unexplained thing that has happened to you? Christine and Kim discuss what inspired this weeks episode as they focus on an unsolved and creepy case of harrassment, home invasion and tormenting that recently occurred in Portland, Oregon. This case is perpetuited by an unprecedented time of turbulent nightly protests that have consumed the already limited police resources, a record number of retirements in the bureau and millions of dollars in budget cuts in the Portland area.
