Have you heard people tell you, "you're too stuck in your own head?" As the queen of overthinking I've heard it numerous times and throughout the years I've found a few ways to help me drop back into my body. As I learned to do this I was able to do a few awesome things:
-regulate my nervous system (which helps with stress, sleep, hormones....you name it)
-make decisions more aligned with my higher self
-discover what felt true to me and get in alignment
-enjoy time with friends and family more
-experience more gratitude for the little things
Learning to get out of your head and into your heart will help you get in tough with your intuition and become more present and mindful, leading to a life of freedom, alignment, and peace.
