If you still don’t know what to do on New Year’s Eve or you’re maybe unsure whether you should join your friends at the club or maybe spend the whole evening with your family—even if you maybe don’t really feel like it—then listen to this episode.
I’m talking about New Year’s Eve and all the big expectations that come with it. It’s the HOT topic in December and comes back every year. The same questions pop up: What should I do on New Year’s Eve? Who should I spend it with? Where should I go? Or maybe you’re someone who doesn’t even ask those questions because the transition into a new year doesn’t feel that important to you. Yet, I still think that this evening comes with a lot of pressure, stress, and expectations for many of us. So let’s talk about it! Let’s normalize this evening and stop stressing ourselves out, thinking it has to be THE best evening of the whole year. If it’s not, it doesn’t have to be a big disaster.
What do you do when you don’t have anyone to spend New Year’s Eve with? And how can you create an evening for yourself, your friends, or your family that you can truly enjoy? These are the questions I’m talking about. I’ll share why I’ve decided to spend New Year’s Eve alone for the VERY FIRST TIME, how I’m feeling about it, and how you can create a meaningful celebration for yourself if you’re spending it alone. I’ll also share tips on making space for your own wishes and needs if you’re choosing to spend the evening with family, friends, or your partner. Plus, I’ll reveal how I’m planning to spend my evening productively and the things I’ll do to set myself up for a positive start to the new year.
I want to take this moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. My podcast launched in 2024, and what started as a small vision has grown into something much bigger. Today, I’m recording in my very own podcast studio and have even started creating video podcasts! Thank you for joining me on this journey and for allowing me to be part of yours.
I’m excited to share many more moments with you in 2025. Until then, I wish you a smooth transition into the new year and a holiday season filled with joy and fulfillment. Feel hugged and celebrated.
With love,
Larissa

Why is a morning routine so important, and what does my personal routine look like? A question I was asked by a follower on Instagram. Since I have been dealing with this topic for almost a year now and it has changed my life, I didn’t want to keep this from you.
In today’s episode, I talk about my personal experience, what I find difficult, and what helps me to stick with it anyway. I share some insights from books like *The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma* with you, which have been particularly helpful to me on this topic, and of course, the benefits a good morning routine brings with it.
At this point, I would also like to mention that every person is different. This means, take with you what you think could also work for you or adapt certain things. It should become YOUR personal morning routine that helps YOU start the day more positively and orderly.

Is it okay to let go of old friends? And how do we find new ones and welcome them into our lives? These are questions many of us have faced at least once—and will likely encounter again in the future.
A listener on Instagram reached out to me with these question, and in today’s episode, I’m diving into the topic. I reflect on my own experiences, especially during my travels, and share how letting go of certain people opened up space for new opportunities and growth. We’ll explore how change can be seen as a chance to grow, where the fear of letting go truly comes from, and how embracing these shifts can lead to something beautiful.

In the past, I used to struggle with falling asleep. My mind was constantly racing with thoughts that kept me busy—emotions I couldn’t let go of or to-do lists I needed to tackle the next day. Tossing and turning, my mind felt like complete chaos. Time would slip away, and the stress would build as I realized how few hours I had left to rest before I needed to wake up for work.
About a year ago, I decided to change this situation. During that time, I developed a night routine that helped me clear my mind and fall asleep within minutes. This routine also significantly improved the quality of my sleep with the help of a simple tool.
Today, I’ll share how I did it and what I focus on in 5 easy steps that anyone can try at home. Find out what works best for you or adapt the steps to suit your needs. We’re all different, and what works for me may not be as effective for you. Let your creativity guide you as you explore.

How can the right communication improve your relationship?
Today’s episode is all about learning to communicate better and to open up more. Learning how to talk about our emotions can feel intimidating - I know. But trust me, give it a listen and be open to it. It wasn’t easy for me either, and even now, I still struggle in certain situations. But I’ve noticed that expressing myself the "right" way really helps, and my relationships with others have grown so much stronger because of it and if I can do it, I know you can too.
