We’ve talked about this already, but I wanted to give you guys a deeper larger understanding of what it looks like to put yourself first. I wanted to help you guys understand why you need to prioritize yourself and stop hanging around people who don’t respect your time. People who don’t respect your energy most likely don’t respect themselves. You cannot expect respect From someone who doesn’t respect themselves either. Stop standing in rooms where you’re not valued, loved, understood, seen, and you have to beg to just be noticed. You do not deserve crumbs. You deserve the world.

How often do you find yourself thinking delusionally? I think that our society has normalized delusional, thinking in such a way that everybody believes that it’s just easier to be delusional. We do not have to do any of the hard work or any of the heavy lifting when it comes to pulling ourselves out of those situations to really recognize who we are. in this episode, I’m gonna be a little bit vulnerable with my story of stepping out of a delusional situation, and choosing to do the hard work and choosing to work at it every single day so that I don’t end up comforted by a lie. I hope that this helps in someway to help you understand that delusion is not set up for longevity.

I’m gonna be real upfront and honest with you. Nobody cares about you more than you. No one is going to give you more than you give yourself. You are not going to find any single person on this planet, who gives a sh*t about you more than you give a sh*t about you! Why are you out here letting everyone come first? Why are you not coming first start treating yourself like a man and start coming first. Start prioritizing your life yourself your habits and stop worrying about what other people think. We’ve gone over this before but here’s your quick brief refresher course.

This is gonna be hard for some of you to hear. Your New Year’s resolutions are BS. You and I both know that you’re not going to follow through because you wrote them on Christmas Day you did not plan you did not prepare and you dang sure did not lay the foundation to set yourself up to follow through with the resolutions that you think you’re gonna have. writing them on your whiteboard or on your mirror in your bathroom and telling yourself that this is going to be your year is not enough. You need to be willing to do the hard work and if you’re not willing to do the hard work those New Year’s resolutions mean nothing. but let’s also talk about why we’re waiting for one specific day out of the year to change our entire lifetime when we’ve had the entire lifetime to change the things that we want to change. I’m sorry if this offends you but offense is a choice, but I love y’all enough to tell you the truth.

Merry Christmas Eve! Today we’re going to talk about love, languages, and how they expand beyond romantic relationships. Love, languages are some thing that we should be using with ourselves, with our friends, and with our families. So today we’re going to talk about love, languages, and what it means to apply all of those principles to ourselves and our boundaries and what we’re comfortable with. We are also going to talk about what it is like to understand your own love, languages as well as someone else’s and how to love someone else in a love language, that is not familiar to you. Especially around the holidays. I think that we stray away from the love language of quality time and we go straight to gifts because that’s what society tells us to do but today we are going to talk about how quality time means so much more than anything that’s sitting under that tree.

In this episode, we dive deep into trying to understand why holidays are so stressful and why they are so filled with pressure but also why is that the new normal. Why do we normalize having stress for holidays and holiday season. And how starting over and starting fresh are two completely different things. We need to be able to normalize that starting fresh means that we have a wealth of knowledge built up to be able to start fresh. Life is not a video game and we did not lose a life and we have to start from scratch. We can save our progress as we go and start fresh each time, but not over.
