  • Forgive AND Forget - yeah, nah

Join us in as we deep dive into the messy, real, humaness of forgiveness and letting go.

If you've ever felt yourself waiting for someone to say sorry before you can let go and gain closure, being slow to forgive yourself, or struggling with inner peace in the face of external hand grenades... then this episode's for you!

Some of the paths we sashay our unicorn along are:

Forgiveness is not about the 'external act', but the internal wound the act activates

When forgiveness, judgement and ego get tangled

People only being able to meet us at the depth they've met themselves

    Radical acceptance

Energy leaking vs taking our power back

Closure from the story (self), vs Closure from them (other)

Puttting down the weight vs pardoning the behaviour

    Self compassion

and some practical tips and tricks that we've experimented with.

You can find us on IG: Unicornsandhandgrenades.life or flick us a message from here, we would love to hear from you.

  • You don't have to be Koo Koo to be Woo Woo: with guest Chaz Reid

Soulprints founder, Chaz Reid, joins us in this episode as we dive into all things numerology and life.

Not only is Chaz one of our fave humans, she's a master numerologist who shows up in life from an open heart with a passion to help people connect to their souls blueprint. Supporting people to step more fully into a life of clarity, purpose and alignment.

Numbers were never our thing at school, but when it comes to the school of life... now that's a difference story. Because the science of numerology can be a real game changer when it comes to working with the flow of life, vs swimming against the current.

Ever thing in life is an energy exchange.  And we are grateful to have exchanged energy with Chaz in this episode to bring you this epic chat.

    Inside this episode we explore:

    • How to unlock your souls unique blueprint
    • How numerology and frequencies impact every aspect of our life
    • Where does your soul need to feel more alive
    • Purpose (of the non intimidating variety)
    • Everything in life is an energy exchange
    • What does it mean to become more of who you are

  • Life's Short - Wear the Red Negligee!

After a 2 year break, and life "lifeing" us - we're back, mojo intact, ready to drop into some powerful, real and raw conversations with some incredible humans.

First things first though, we awkwardly saddle up the unicorn for her first ride around the mic by checking in with each other.  Sharing what had us hit pause and what we'd love to explore with you all on this new ride.

Some of the paths the Unicorn wanders in this chat:

    • Life's too short not to dance in the red negligee (or whatever your version of that is)
    • Peeling back the layers; how we become more of who we are
    • Stuckness (yup we invented a new word)
    • Radical acceptance
    • Playing with the Universe
    • Suffering:  Equals the delta between our expectations of how life "should" be vs our reality
    • Transformation (internal) vs Changing our Circumstances

Plus Kim calls *BS twice in this episode so you know it's going to be a goodun.

Let us know if there are any burning topics you'd like us to dive into.  You know where to find us:   IG: Unicornsandhandgrenades.life - drop us a DM

Thanks for joining us on the ride.  Keep at it Team Humans, you've got this!

  • Headspace Hacks & doing the Mahi when it comes to Mental Health; with Jem Walker-Carmody

In this yarn we're talking all things Mental Health and Headspace Hacks with Certified Mental Health Coach, Jem Walker-Carmody.

We explore what it means to do the Mahi (work), when it comes to owning our own Mental Health and Wellbeing.  What does it look like to set ourselves up for success so we can do our best to live our one wild and freaking precious life from a place of thriving, vs surviving.

We all have mental health.   Some days we feel like Tigger on a sugar high, and others  like Eeyore after a big night on the town...  aka Dusty AF and not that bothered with life.   And other days anywhere in between.

Jem left her career in the Health & Safety Space to follow her passion and build a career in the Mental Health & Wellbeing space. And she has recently completed an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health with Prekure.

Some of the gems (pardon the pun Jem), we explore inside this episode:

    • Following your passion
    • Feeling all the Feels
    • Chasing the "Happy" high
    • Headspace Hacks: the top things we do to set us up for success when it comes to our Mental Fitness/Health
    • Trauma: transform or transmit
    • Dismissing & judging our own traumas
    • Addiction: of the socially acceptable type (exercise/sex/work/social media etc)
    • It's OK not to be OK!
    • Deep listening and its power
    • Overwhelm/Stress

    and so much more.

And remember,  if you're not ok, that's ok, reach out to someone for support, to listen. Have the convo and embrace the Mahi . It's worth it.

    Big love Jax & Kim
