You are hardwired to be suggestible to authority. When human beings are confronted with authority of any kind, they are hardwired to become progressively more suggestible and or compliant. The more uncompliant or lack of compliance you generate, the more antisocial people tend to be.

If you can exert authority in someone's world, they will comply. But if you do it with brute force, they will find a way to make you pay for it. They will find a way to get payback.

Every human being on the planet wants to be validated. They want to feel worthy, attracted, appreciated, or attractive. Attractivity can create compliance through a desire to please.
