I wanted to mark reaching double digits with something a little different this week. Rather than having a big topic, I'm sharing some hints and tips along with some of my favourite books that have helped me and my clients with confidence over the last few years.
In this episode I share some of my top tips for building confidence:
- If there's a job or task that can be done in under a minute, then just do it
- If you're going into another room of your house, have a quick scan around to see if anything needs to be moved from there into another room and do it right away
- If you're feeling anxious, take a moment to ask yourself: what is happening right now, in this moment, in this room, here with me
- Make some time for yourself today
