We’ve all been there - our time off from work is spent constantly thinking about all of the work piling up behind the scenes. You decide to “stay on top of it” and check emails during the day… which prevents you from fully unplugging and turning it off in order to actually recharge! What if I told you that doing this is actually causing you to have more work and stress waiting for you when you return?
In this episode, Alli Murphy, shares how she successfully unplugs for several vacations every year - while leading a team, hosting her own podcast, and running live events. You will learn powerful practical tools that will make a huge difference in how you recharge during your time off!
