Biba Pédron is a business and mindset expert (aka THE “Expert of Great Attitude”), Amazon bestselling author, and international speaker. She helps French- and English-speaking women entrepreneurs to understand and put in place the puzzle that is marketing. This allows them to develop their visibility and personal branding to attract more customers and double or even triple their turnover in 90 days, all while realizing their passion.

A native of France living in the United States since 2003, Biba is the founder of the "Succès de Femmes," the first Francophone summit for women presented by women. Her most recent book is titled M.D.R: The Winning Formula For Successful Life. In it, she demonstrates how “M.D.R means Motivation + Determination = Realization” of all your dreams, projects, or goals.

Biba’s driving force is a passion for helping others with enthusiasm and determination. Her message is especially addressed to women to whom she communicates this positive energy to prove to them that they too can succeed in achieving their goals, in creating their own activities that suit them.

Her most fervent wish is to develop the visibility of women entrepreneurs through teaching them the rules of marketing, personal branding, and mindset. Dr. Irena O'Brien teaches coaches and care professionals how to achieve better results for their clients through neuroscience.

She is the founder of Neuroscience School, which helps practitioners understand and apply insights from cutting-edge neuroscience research. She loves seeing her students gain confidence in their ability to evaluate neuroscience findings and use them successfully in their own practices. Her Certificate Program in Neuroscience is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education credit.

Dr. O'Brien has studied neuroscience for 25 years and holds a Ph.D. in the field from the Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM), where she did brain-imaging studies. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre for Language, Mind, and Brain at McGill University.
