Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today’s episode with Gillian the 13th eliminated contestant on Masterchef Australia. Which is on Network Ten from Sunday through to Wednesday nights at 7:30.
For Gill, food is love. She has been influenced deeply by both her Mum and her beloved late Nonna, who gifted her the use of food as a love language; as well as by her late father who taught her about intuition in the kitchen, to trust her palette, and to balance flavours and textures when preparing food with care.
My guest today is a Wollongong local, a very talented artist who has run her own lettering art business for eight years, creating logos, painting wall murals, and sign writing, and we really felt her creative ambitions through he time in there Masterchef Kitchen
I loved catching up with Gill as much as I have loved reading her supportive feedback online… there is something quite raw and unfiltered about our chat and I hope you enjoy it.
There is so much to unpack with Gill. So sit back and relax as we unpack her time in the Masterchef Australia.
